There wasn't much I could do about the air pollutants--though the overall environment was probably the worst cause of distress.

Soil, though; I could bring that back from Earth, much as I did the water. It meant a good many trips back and forth, but that was always a good time to catch up with mortals I'd taken an interest in.

Though now it's rather a moot point, which is disappointing.

I suppose it might be considered more an effort to laugh in the face of futility than a garden. Though it was beautiful, in a very fragile way.

For me?

I dunno. I mean, I've got a job that's fairly similar to the one I've got at home, I've got my sister nearby (real nearby), and m'brother technically can't kill anyone while he's in here.

So in that way it's the best place I've been in for quite awhile.

On the other hand you've got the rest of the crazies in this nuthouse, and them I'm none to sure about.
